Great Shape ! (Use PHOTO for FINAL determination of condition.) ** There appears to be a fold or joint of where the background cloth was joined together through the middle of the patch – horizontally about 1/2 inch up from bottom. It is covered in back by the scarce plastic back (most of these are plain back), and the front by the embroidery. Came this way from factory, very unusual issue. ** (Note- Council Patches are scanned sometimes while in their plastic bags so you may see glare or reflections or faded or folded areas because of the plastic.) COUNCIL SHOULDER PATCHES, CSP’s, are mostly from an untouched 25 Year Old collection with items 20 to 50 Years OLD! A few newer issues from OTHER collections have been added. Most are MERGED COUNCILS or OLDER ISSUES or SPECIAL ISSUES.
